Lindsay’s design experience ranges from both residential and commercial concept design through construction oversight on projects such as: community signage and theming, resort-style community amenities, park master planning, roadway, and streetscape design. Her construction administration experience includes initial site evaluation, cost estimating, progress inspections, and final project certifications. Lindsay has worked closely with municipalities and private communities to develop cohesive hardscape, landscape, and amenity features. Lindsay has extensive experience with permitting and plan review, as well as code analysis and application.
